WasteLCA 5: Advances in Sustainability Assessment of Municipal and Challenging Waste Management an ECI Conferences Series

The Call for Abstracts is now open for WasteLCA 5: Advances in Sustainability Assessment of Municipal and Challenging Waste Management an Engineering Conferences International (ECI) meeting bringing together researchers and practitioners working on sustainability assessment of waste and residual resource management within a circular-economy perspective. 

Conference focus:

WasteLCA 5 will cover methodological developments and applications of Life Cycle Management tools, including LCA, LCC, and S-LCA, to enable robust comparison of municipal and industrial waste management solutions. 

Who should submit?

Contributions are invited from multidisciplinary communities working on waste management, resource recovery, and sustainability assessment.

Key dates and deadline:

Oral abstract deadline: extended to 31 January 2026

Poster abstracts: accepted on a rolling basis until 30 April 2026

Draft program:15 March 2026

Final program:15 April 2026
