Open consultation - PCR for Solid Waste Disposal Services

One of the most important elements of the EPD®system is to secure an open and transparent procedure for all interested parties to take part in and give comments on draft proposals for Product Category Rules (PCR) for different product categories. The EPD®system handles the open consultation of the PCRs on the international level by means of trying to identify key persons and organisations and directly contacting them with information about ongoing PCR development in their field of interest and provide them with possibilities to comment on the PCR documents. The EPD®system is operating an internet-based way via Internet for an open dialogue by which the comments can be given, called the Global PCR Forum.
