COM 2010 will be a unique opportunity to explore technological, scientific and strategic trends. Among the numerous attendees, there will be industry executives, representatives of universities and research institutes, design engineers, plant operators, as well as metallurgical and environmental experts from all over the world.
Sustainability, when implemented properly, shouldn't cost more money but save money. With proper planning and smart design, operational costs should be lowered through designing for long term efficiency, readiness of upcoming trends, and managed community relations - all concepts that make good business sense. The conference is organized in three tracks, Social Impact Management, Sustainable Design, and Climate Change to educate and inspire the audience on case studies, technological trends, and emerging topics in sustainability we face today and expect tomorrow.
